3. Packaging & Handling for Electrical Items

5. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If your package arrives physically damaged or opened:

  1. Do not accept the package if it appears badly tampered with.

  2. If accepted and found damaged inside, please capture clear photos/videos of the product and box.

  3. Report it to us at nestasharpelectronic@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
